SDinGov 2025

Celebrating its twelfth year, Service Design in Government 2025 brought together a vibrant international community of over 450 participants for three days of hands-on learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

This year’s conference blended learning with memorable moment, including a traditional ceilidh that filled the evening with music and movement, and rare September sunshine in Scotland, which was the perfect backdrop for conversation and connection (and maybe a hike up Arthur's Seat).

Participants left SDinGov 2025 with strengthened networks, actionable ideas, and the kind of shared experience that fuels better, more human-centred public services.
