About the session
Theme: Visualisations
When your project involves shifting priorities, political sensitivities and stakeholders at different organisational levels, you need visualisations that can flex and adapt.
This hands-on workshop shares a methodology developed through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ (Defra’s) service landscape mapping for creating modular, living visualisations. Work in small groups using the Visual Storytelling Canvas to tackle real project challenges, leaving with practical tools and a partially completed canvas you can use immediately with your teams.
Participant takeaways:
learn methodology that you can apply in your own team
strategic foundations that save time by getting stakeholder alignment early
how to design approaches that build in flexibility from the start, and testing methods that prevent expensive late-stage changes
